Key Account Manager - BETOLAR

We are now looking for skilled

                                                          

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

to develop Betolar’s relationships with our most important customers. Key Account Manager will primarily be working from Betolar’s office in Espoo, Finland, and travelling in Europe.

The goal is to contribute in building, sustaining and growing our business to achieve enduring long-term success. An ideal Key Account Manager is apt to create strong relationships with strategic customers and playing as an integral part in generating newsales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers
  • Implement Geoprime concept in customer strategy
  • Create customer long term roadmap
  • Plan new product categories and necessary customer processes, support and train for continuous Geoprime production
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Develop systematic customer relationship management processes
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Plan for achieving better margins for both customers and Betolar
  • Nurture identified MWB customers

We expect you to have a M.Sc.,Engineer or MBA degree in, for example, industrial engineering or material science, and you have several years of proven experience in Key Account Management. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of various organizational levels. You have experience in sales and are adapted to acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, and you  have solutions based on customer needs to achieve mutual satisfaction.

You are fluent in written and spoken English; other language skills are beneficial.
